Please note the lengths and weights of each piece.

Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene purposes or for any items where there is a change of mind. Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is a manufacturing fault present.

Return requests must be made within 7 days from receipt of delivery.

All Returns must be received within 7 days of email issued return authorisation. CKD has the right to refuse return of goods that do not  meet the return policy requirements.

Customers will be responsible for all return express shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will be not accepted. CKD must receive the product in the original packaging via express post in the exact condition it was sent out in. It  must not have been worn. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as CKD does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen  or mishandled. CKD will process the refund within 5 business days upon receiving the package.

All items purchased "on sale" or purchased at a discounted rate are a final sale. No exchanges or refunds.

Returns will only be accepted provided the item is not worn or altered and is in its original packaging.  All returned items will be received and inspected before the return is accepted and processed.

Before sealing the return package, please make sure the return authorisation number is clearly displayed on the outside of the package, also include a printed copy of the email in the package, this will ensure that we are able to process your return and credit your account as quickly as possible

Materials

​

CKD pieces are handcrafted from either 9ct Solid Gold, Solid 925 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Filled metals or Rose and Gold plated. All earring posts and backings are 925 Sterling Silver. Pieces may vary slightly from the image as they are all individually hand made.

Care instructions

​

All CKD pieces are hand crafted and hand finished therefore slight irregularities may occur.

​

When not wearing storing your pieces in a sealed plastic bag will prevent tarnishing. 

​

Keep all pieces dry. Never wear your jewellery whilst swimming or bathing, washing up, clearing or using chemicals. Avoid contact with perfume, hair and beauty products. For plated jewellery please note that due to the delicate nature of of gold plating, and the frequency of wear, pieces will need re-plating every so often to maintain their original appearance.

Gift Certificates

​

Gift certificates must be used within a 6 month period from the date of purchase.
